1. Service Provider

These terms govern your use of locksmith services provided by FastLockAssist Ltd, registered at 11 Dover Patrol, London, SE3 0DW.

2. No Call-Out Fee

We do not charge a call-out fee for attendance. You will only be charged for work actually carried out. A clear price will be provided before any work begins.

3. No Fix, No Fee

If our engineer is unable to resolve your problem, no charge will be made. This applies to all work types including emergency lockouts.

4. Pricing

Prices quoted are inclusive of labour and standard parts. Non-standard or premium parts may be subject to an additional charge, which will be communicated before fitting. All prices include VAT where applicable.

5. Property Damage

We make every effort to gain entry or complete lock work without causing damage. Where drilling or destructive entry is required, this will be explained and agreed before proceeding. We are not liable for damage that was necessary to resolve the situation.

6. Guarantee

All parts supplied and fitted by FastLockAssist carry a 12-month guarantee against defect. Labour is guaranteed for 30 days. Guarantees do not cover misuse or accidental damage.

7. Cancellation

For non-emergency appointments, you may cancel at no charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled visit. Cancellations after dispatch for emergency callouts may incur a reasonable fuel and time charge at our discretion.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
